Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Version: 2
This Policy explains how Veridian Vantage Solutions LLC ("Veridian," "we") handles personal information on Veridian Tennis, including the website and installable app (the "Platform").
1. What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored only as a protected hash), preferred language and, if you use Google, Apple or another sign-in, the basic profile that provider shares.
- Profile: photos, video, tennis level, languages, ZIP code and, for coaches, biography, rates, hours, certifications and cancellation rules.
- Lessons and tournaments: bookings, cancellations, results, reviews, assessments and notes.
- Messages: what you write in chat, who it was sent to and when.
- Payments: amounts, status, refunds and payouts. Stripe collects card and bank details on its own pages. We do not receive full card or bank account numbers.
- Consent records: when you accepted our Terms, the version, your IP address and your browser information.
- Device and usage: IP address, browser, the days you were active, pages visited and notification tokens if you turn on notifications.
2. How we use it
We use it to run the Platform, connect students and coaches, show coaches by distance and other factors, process payments, send notifications, keep the Platform safe, resolve disputes, meet legal and tax duties, and improve and promote our services.
3. Who we share it with
- Other users: your public profile, reviews and what a lesson requires. Coach photos and video are public. Student photos and video are shown only to people connected through a lesson or tournament. We block phone numbers and emails from being shared between students and coaches.
- Service providers: hosting, file storage and database (Vercel, Neon), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), ZIP code lookup (Zippopotam.us), and sign-in or calendar providers you choose to connect (such as Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook).
- Advertising and analytics partners: see Section 4.
- Authorities and others: when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in. We may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. These tools let those companies collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, and use cookies or similar technologies. This helps us measure our ads and show ads to people who visited the Platform, including on other sites and apps.
You can limit this through your browser settings, Google's ad settings, the Google Analytics opt-out, your Meta ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
We do not send chat messages, card details, your name or your email to these advertising tools, and they do not run on the chat and administration screens.
5. Who can see your messages
The other person in the chat can see them. We do not routinely read messages. We may access them to investigate a complaint or suspected breach, protect safety, or meet a legal duty. Administrators receive alerts about Platform activity, including who messaged whom, without the text. Authorized administrators can view the Platform as a user in read-only mode to give support.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information while your account is active and afterward as needed for disputes, evidence, tax, accounting and legal duties. Messages and consent and payment records are kept as evidence and are not deleted on request where we must keep them.
7. Your choices
You can update most profile details in your account and turn off notifications. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information, write to rodrigokcastilhos@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
8. Children
The Platform is for people 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may book lessons for a child through their own account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to rodrigokcastilhos@gmail.com.
9. Security
We use measures such as encryption of sensitive keys and access controls. No system is fully secure, so please keep your password private.
10. Location of data
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there.
11. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and tell you about material changes. Questions: Veridian Vantage Solutions LLC, 15871 Tollington Alley, Winter Garden 34787, Florida, USA. Email: rodrigokcastilhos@gmail.com.
